Photography is one of those rare art forms that conveys real moments in time with real emotions, capturing real memories, completely unfiltered! I feel truly honored when a bride and groom entrusts me with their memories on one of the most important days in their life. And, when a bride tells me how much her photos mean to her...be prepared to hand me a tissue, because it always makes me cry!
I think it's worth mentioning, that I have the two BESTEST, AWESOMEST, COOLEST kids in the universe!
I love learning new things! My ideal night would be spent curled up in a cozy blanket on the couch watching the science channel, reading a book, or just hanging out with my family.
I LOVE weddings! I love watching them, I love photographing them, I love laughing and crying along with the bride, groom, and guests! Even when I'm having a bad day, I can show up to a wedding, and a switch flips inside me; my stress goes away, and I am just blissfully happy and ready to go! I think that's how I know that I am truly passionate about photography, and wedding photography in particular!
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE sushi...minus the fish or meat. (My family and I are vegetarians.) So, if you hand me a plate full of Kappa Maki or Oshinko Rolls with a side of pickled ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce...you'll definitely make a friend for life!
I should probably take a second to thank my husband for my business! I've loved photography ever since I was 13, but never imagined I could turn it into a career, until my husband suggested, urged, and supported me to do it! When I'm not photographing weddings or portraits, I'm raising my 2 beautiful kids, and I would not be able to do that without the support of my husband! (So...thank you, Adam!)
